We will set you up on MLS alerts to ensure a potential home is never missed, and we will send you select properties off MLS that we think you’ll love. You’ll select your favourites, we will book the showings, and together we can decide on the right home.
We’ll offer our professional opinion based on experience, and help you write a strong offer, which is very important in a competitive market. Realtor relationships, and tips learned from past experience go a long way, when competing against multiple offers. We will go to bat for you!
You’ve found your dream home, congratulations! You’ll meet with your lawyer a few days prior to sign the final paperwork, and on possession we will meet you with keys to your new home.
